Types of Inscription

Full Registration: 200€ (230€ after January 31st 2013)
Includes: Inscription, stationery and documentation of Colloquium, coffee-breaks, guided visits to Alba Iulia and Constanța, transportation within Romania, volume of proceedings.

General Registration: 150€ (190€ after January 31st 2013)
Includes: Inscription, stationery and documentation of Colloquium, coffee-breaks, guided visits to Alba Iulia and Constanța, transportation within Romania.

Student Registration: 50€ (70€ after January 31st 2013)
Includes: Inscription, stationery and documentation of Colloquium, coffee-breaks, guided visits to Alba Iulia and Constanța, transportation within Romania.
To have a reduction fee, students have to prove their status.

Accompanying person: 70€ (90€ after January 31st 2013)
Includes: Inscription, coffee-breaks, guided visits to Bucharest, Alba Iulia and Constanța, transportation within Romania.

 

* The financial suport of our colloquium enables to cover the expenses for the hotel in Constanta.

Cancellation Policy  
Cancellation must be made by informing the Registration Secretariat in writing
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
Cancellation notice received:
-up to February 10, 2013 – 100 % refund
-February 11 to March 31, 2013 – 50 % refund
-On/after March 31, 2013 - No refund
